CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. LATE GUESTS POLICY If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at +36 70 2662 685 or +36 20 4227 241. If you are 15 minutes or later we may have to reschedule your appointment. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guests schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service. Tardiness more than 15 minutes will be considered a “no show”. Please refer to our cancelation policy. SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT POLICY We reserve the right to move/change/or cancel any and all appointments made. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made.
